Returns
At Omar Wander, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All tags, inserts, and accessories must be intact
- The item must be in a condition fit for resale
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Items with missing packaging or accessories
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless faulty or damaged)
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We’ll respond with the steps to follow.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery. In such cases, we’ll coordinate the return and cover the shipping.
Inspection and Approval
Once the item is returned to us, we will inspect it for condition and eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
All refunds are issued in cash only, after the return is received and approved. No digital or bank refund methods are available. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 2 business days of delivery. Send clear photos and your order number to [email protected], and we’ll resolve the issue promptly—either through a cash refund or a replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a cash refund and place a new order.
